Shropshire Moth Group

2023 Programme

The aims of the Group are to record the moths of Shropshire and advance public knowledge of them and their place in the natural world.

Why not join us for a survey or moth trapping night and discover the magic of these tiny creatures.  Everyone attends at their own risk and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  Please bring a torch and wear outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for the prevailing weather conditions.  We do not trap overnight and usually finish around mid-night.  Most of the sites have restricted access or private parking and it is therefore essential that you confirm your attendance to Tony Jacques at vc40tj@gmail.com Meeting places can be found by typing the NGRs into BNHS Grab a Grid Reference Duo
